CTSU is one of the world?s leading centres for research into the causes, prevention and treatment of chronic diseases (such as heart disease, stroke and cancer).
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Web Application Developer to work on the design and implementation of secure web-based applications for conducting large-scale clinical trials. You will be degree educated in a relevant area (or have equivalent experience) and have practical experience of application development. You will have knowledge, understanding and application of the principles, objectives and practices of software design and implementation within the software development cycle. The ability to work under pressure and to a deadline, along with a positive attitude to acquiring new skills is also essential for this role.
Applicants may be looking to use their expertise in a slightly different environment from that of a commercial setting. The successful applicant will work within the existing web application development team, in liaison with other teams.
The position is full-time and fixed-term to two years.
