Using specialist information, you will identify and scope opportunities for new and existing product and service developments within The Open University (OU). A key area of responsibility will be to support the OU Pricing Strategy through the development and management of the associated programme of pricing research. Product and pricing activities will support key strategic business decisions within The Open University, our faculties and business units regarding current and future product portfolios, and pricing policies. 

As a marketing professional, you will need substantial experience of product management including the development of strategy based on the analysis of market insight and management information. Experience of using pricing tools and techniques will be essential to this role to develop OU pricing strategies. Excellent communication skills will also be critical to develop successful relationships with colleagues across the university and to influence their decision making processes.
