Full Time : The appointment will be on UCL Grade 8. The salary range will be £39,818-£46,972 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.

Duties and Responsibilities Information Services Division (ISD) provides a wide range of information and technology related services to UCL. Web and Mobile Services is part of ISD and provides a central hub for website and application development and support.

The Web Development and Support Manager oversees and manages the team providing operational support for Web development projects and the maintenance of the central web applications and services, including the UCL content management system. As part of this role, the Web Development and Support Manager is the service owner for Silva, UCL's content management system, and directs the strategy for the team.

Key Requirements The Web Development and Support Manager must have: a wide range of development skills including developing for accessibility and using Agile methodology; a demonstrable understanding of web standards and design for platform and device independence; experience of developing and maintaining web content management systems; experience of line managing a team, and good 2nd line support communications skills.
