Fixed Term Contract for 4 months (available immediately)
Salary (Grade H2 point 30): £32,288 pa incl. London Weighting
An experienced Events Manager with good organisational and problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail is required as soon as possible for this interim position to assist in the planning, implementation and delivery of this year's events programme including the university's annual graduation ceremonies (held in July).Â
Proven knowledge and experience of the planning, delivery and management of complex events is essential, as is the ability to work within a team.Â
You will have excellent communication skills together with IT skills across the Microsoft Suite with a basic understanding of technical issues.
The ability to work outside of normal office hours, particularly in the lead up to events is essential.Â
