Play a key role in developing our academic strategyÂ
About the role This is your chance to take forward a quality assurance service in first-class shape. The latest Quality Assurance Agency Institutional Audit expressed full confidence in the University's standards and the management of learning opportunities. You'll help us realise our ambition to develop further academic provision, putting the emphasis on quality.
You'll use your knowledge of current developments to advise and guide the Director of Academic Services on strategy and policy for academic quality assurance and improvement. Articulate and confident, with a collaborative approach, you'll build feedback from staff, students, and senior managers into procedures and academic programmes.
About the individual You'll come to us with a proven track record of developing and implementing academic systems or service improvements, ideally within higher education. Fully up to speed with national quality assurance regimes and government guidance, you'll have a flair for translating policy and strategy into workable systems and processes.
You'll be managing a team of quality assurance staff, so sound leadership and project management skills will be essential. Your creative approach to problem solving and positive approach to change will make you stand out.
