We are looking for an exceptional person to lead and further enhance Learner Services provision at the College. We require a confident individual to lead a busy team and assist with our agenda to provide an exceptional student (including international) and service experience.
You will be an experienced manager, able to deliver services in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Your skills and natural aptitude will be complemented by a strong focus on quality, monitoring and evaluation, and you will have the ability to implement changes for lasting improvement.
Educated to degree level, or equivalent, and with extensive people and service management experience, you will bring a successful track record of managing change, solving problems and developing effective relationships. While experience in education would be useful, we welcome experienced applicants from other sectors. What is important is that you will stand out by your capacity to lead, manage and ability to deliver a quality, integrated and responsive service within budget.
