Salary (H3): £36,050 - £46,332 per annum incl. London Weighting
We are looking for an experienced HE administration professional to cover the role of our current Operations and Finance Manager during her maternity leave. This is a high profile and demanding position that would provide a real showcase for anyone wishing to further their career in the sector.
This pivotal role is responsible for Brunel Business School operations and finance strategy and implementation, including budget setting, forecasting and financial control. The role also encompasses the organisation of many high profile events, the management of PhD students and the day to day running of the school in accordance with all relevant polices and HS guidelines.
This is a demanding position that will require excellent operational, communication and people management skills and the ability to juggle priorities within strict resource constraints, at times the role will be very hands-on. The role includes management responsibility for the Operations and Finance team, currently five permanent staff.
