BPP University College is currently looking for a Visa Compliance Manager responsible for the university's compliance with UK Border Agency regulations for Student Visas under Tier 4 Point Based System. BPP was granted University College Status in 2010 in recognition of our role as a specialist provider of higher education and is licensed as Highly Trusted Sponsor by the UKBA. BPP currently has five study centres in the UK for international students with the main campuses in London, where the role is located.
This is a key role with specific responsibility for ensuring BPP's compliance with the UK Immigration Regulations relating to Tier 4 of the Points Based System, and for maintaining Highly Trusted Sponsor Status. The post is currently situated within the International Office and works closely with the Head of International Recruitment and Head of International Admissions on a daily basis.
Acting as a key liaison point between the designated School(s), the University Registry Student Records Office and the Student Advice team, you will be expected to build excellent working relationships and ensure that all university policies and procedures relating to Tier 4 international students are in line with the requirements specified by the UK Border Agency (UKBA).
You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, and ideally have experience of International Admissions within Higher Education. You will be a good team player with experience of working to tight deadlines, and of dealing with conflicting demands and priorities.
