Salary: Starting from £15,061, rising to £17,969 per annum
£30,122 - £35,938 per annum, pro-rata

This post will be responsible for managing the operational financial administration within the Faculty and its four departments. The job share partners will act as the principal source of advice to the Dean, Director of Administration, Heads of Departments, academics and other senior staff with budgetary responsibility on ongoing financial matters, including the budgetary position for departments, planning for resource changes including research projects and other associated activities.
With a relevant degree or AAT (Intermediate) qualification, you will have significant experience of managing and developing an effective team, able to think strategically and contribute to the development and implementation of new policy. It is essential for applicants to demonstrate a sound financial knowledge, proficiency in various University systems (SAMIS/Agresso) with the capacity to produce tailored financial reports on request and to develop and implement administrative procedures taking advantage of the benefits of new technology and related IT developments. In addition, applicants must have effective people skills with a professional approach to people and tasks.
