The AMBA accredited Bath MBA programmehas a reputation for excellence and a track record for being consistently ranked among the world's leading MBAs by, among others, the Financial Times and the Economist Intelligence Unit. 

The School is seeking to appoint a Recruitment and Marketing Manager to direct the recruitment, selection and enrolment of high-calibre students to the Bath MBA programmes.  The role holder will work, with colleagues, to support the learning experience of students from application through the programme to becoming active alumni. 

You will have substantial experience in marketing, recruitment or admissions to higher education.  The role holder will promote the MBA programmes to potential students and sponsoring companies, so excellent communication and influencing skills are essential.  Coaching experience would be an advantage.  Being responsive to changing knowledge, markets and circumstances you will need an ability to relate to the concerns of a range of students including mature programme participants, and show a commitment to providing an excellent service at all times.  Initiative, flexibility, a conscientious approach, the ability to learn quickly and to form effective working relationships in the School and the University as a whole, are also key pre-requisites of the post.

Familiarity with the higher education sector, the learning experience of postgraduate students, or an empathy with the general character and mission of a university management school is desirable.
