The Faculty of Health and Social Care has a substantial campus in Havering, where we now require a highly skilled and motivated second line Desktop Support Analyst.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong desktop, helpdesk and media support skills to develop a career within a large IT department. You'll play a vital role in supporting users - staff and students - both remotely and at their desks, focusing on Microsoft technologies, working with colleagues from ICT, library and other university departments and faculties.
You will have a degree or equivalent in a computing related subject and be ITIL certificated, with a thorough knowledge of a wide range of desktop hardware and software. You must be absolutely committed to providing first class customer service and be able to communicate clearly and patiently with people at all levels. Â
