The role
This role is based within our Governance team. Your leadership, guidance and coordination will prove invaluable in embedding an equality and diversity across all areas of the business. We want you to act as a true advocate and ambassador who will champion relevant issues at every level.
You will also be tasked with managing internal audit, risk management and anti-fraud processes. This is a major responsibility in a complex, and changing organisation like ours. You can further your impact through supporting and co-ordinating wider business excellence projects designed to ensure greater efficiency, consistency and transparency.
Requirements
Proven experience within a service delivery environment is a must. You need a successful record on embedding equality and diversity principles into service improvement processes. Your expertise will also include risk management and internal audit processes.
Your ability to develop and review policies, procedures and systems will be complemented by experience of leading projects. You will also have the skills to influence others effectively and to work cooperatively with varied stakeholders.
