Starting Salary: Grade 8, £38,140
The University of Keele is seeking to appoint an experienced learning and development professional to work in our Centre for Learning and Professional Development within the Directorate of Human Resources and Student Services. The Centre co-ordinates and delivers a wide range of educational and training programmes, workshops, events and internal consultancy projects to support the professional development needs of University staff, postgraduate research students and the delivery of the strategic priorities of the University.
Formed in April 2011, the Centre has a staff of ten who work with internal colleagues and external trainers and consultants to deliver support for more than 1500 in a wide range of roles. We are now seeking to recruit a new colleague to join the team with experience and expertise relevant to our current portfolio of work and our ambitions for its' development. In particular, the role holder will contribute to the growing portfolio of activity we deliver in support of leadership and management, administrative and technical role support and in the provision of induction support and on-going professional development.
