Joining the Hull University Business School's senior management group as a Faculty Administrative Officer, you'll direct the administrative team to deliver an effective and high quality service. Expertly managing change and handling diverse strategic and operational issues, you'll drive forward the development of efficient administrative systems, processes and infrastructure to support learning, teaching, research and enterprise.
Working closely with the Faculty Finance Officer, to ensure the finances are in place to meet our strategic objectives, your administrative skills will play a key role in ensuring the school's external accreditations are maintained and in developing new opportunities with national and international bodies. You will also be responsible for the contractual arrangements with agents, UK and international partners, business engagements and external tutors.
A strong leader, able to motivate others, you will manage the administrative team and oversee all support staff personnel matters, such as recruitment, personal and professional development, appraisal, discipline and welfare.
