Company is in the business of acquiring and financing 1.) Commercial real estate opportunities and 2.) Socially responsible companies across sectors of U.S. economy.
Prior capital formation experience is required with track record of success.
Responsibilities:
Contact and generate new sources of financing for current company opportunities, reporting to company board and CFO, manage client accounts, handle transaction closings, manage and maintain broker dealer relationships.
The right candidate should have prior experience and understand private and public debt/equity transactions, have strong communication skills, ability to generate new investor leads.
