Headquartered in Jericho, New York, we also have offices in New York City.

We currently have a need for a full-time Bookkeeper. This position must work out of both our NYC and Jericho, Long Island office locations. Responsibilities include recording all financial transactions (A/P, A/R and payroll transactions) for our clients. Handle all financial entries into the general ledger, pay invoices, reconcile bank statements, invoicing and making federal and state tax deposits.

Requirements:

College degree preferred.
Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with QuickBooks required. Experience with Timberline software a plus.
Must have at least 3 years' experience.
