Middle Market Controller
Accounting Management Solutions has been retained by our Client to conduct the search for a Controller. The Client is a middle market New England based retail manufacturing company with approximately $800 million in revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversight of all accounting functions and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley, and SEC regulations.
Documenting internal controls, budgeting and forecasting, treasury management, and more.
Qualifications:
An MBA or undergraduate degree in accounting or finance with 10+ years of professional experience in the middle market retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries. Must have at least 4 years of experience for a $300M company minimum.
Management and supervisory experience required.
Big 4 Public Accounting background preferred.
CPA preferred.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Strong ERP systems experience using Lawson and/or Oracle
