ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
FINANCE ASSISTANT / OFFICE MANAGER
Our company, (a ski and snow wear apparel firm) located in Locust Valley, LI is seeking a strong Admin to support our office. This position requires superior written and verbal communication skills. Two plus years experience in a business environment with the ability to handle light bookkeeping is a must. Quickbooks experience is a plus. Excellent Outlook, Word and Excel skills required.
Responsibilities:
Assist CFO
Order entry and billing
Customer service
Reception, phones, incoming and outgoing mail.
Order and track office supplies
Must be dependable and able to multi-task. Bachelors Degree required.
