Accounting Management Solutions Inc, one of New England's fastest growing providers of Interim, Outsourced and Project Accounting Consulting Services is looking for Sr. Consultants for our early stage / emerging growth practice in New York City. Exceptional opportunity to work with fast growing early stage and emerging growth companies.
Work will include setting up client companies on QuickBooks and or providing on-going accounting support from recording AP, AR, bank reconciliations, payroll, cash flows, budgets forecasting, financial statement preparation, board reports and special projects. More Senior roles could include financial modeling, cap tables, stock based comp calculations, board presentations ( could add more Revenue recognition, Stock / Equity accounting etc. )Depending on the size of the company role could be an Interim Accounting Manager, Controller or CFO. Great opportunity to be on the ground floor to work with fast growing early stage cutting edge companies.
Requirements:
Min 8 years experience required; could be all public
CPA a plus
Must be hands all for all levels
Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
Be able to deal with and communicate effectively with entrepreneurs
Also interface with venture capital investors
