Manhattan interior design office seeks full time Bookkeeper/Office Manager.
Candidates must have strong proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of Design Manager software is preferred. Must also have excellent written and spoken communication skills, a positive attitude, and ability to work well under pressure.
Candidates must also have outstanding references and submit to a background check.
Primary responsibilities include:
Accounts payable receivable
Billing and collections
Payroll processing thru payroll service
Assistance with tax prep
Preparation of quarterly financial reports
Benefits management
Work closely with principal and staff on day to day operations
