Regional Marketing Associates are responsible for supporting and selling our mutual fund and separate account wrap products over the phone to third - party distributors who have entered into an agreement with the firm. The Regional Marketing Associates partake in ongoing focus Firm campaigns, firm initiatives, maintain existing, relationships, provide ongoing support to clients and continually qualify new leads for the external wholesalers. The associate responds to inbound client calls, answers product questions, and provides performance data in an effort to solicit business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Two years experience in client support or internal sale role required
Two years experience in the mutual fund/financial services industry required
Must have a Series 7 Series 63
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with sales calls essential
Skills:
Advanced computer skills need, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Comprehensive knowledge of mutual fund/financial industry products and services.
