Multi-billion dollar global communications conglomerate (POSITION LOCATED IN TORONTO, CANADA; relocation assistance available) seeks entrepreneur to run digital marketing/communications media division: CPA, CA, CMA or CGA a +; with at least 8 years straight "BIG 4" or public/private combo; advertising, media, marketing or retail industries a +. Must have hands on and supervisory skills to maintain strategic planning, budgeting and forecasts. Responsible for all general accounting, financial analysis as well as operational functions. Oversee proposals, contracts, client profitability analysis and financial reporting. Implement risk management, reserve analysis and cost controls. Responsible for financial controls, SOX compliance and IFRS compliance. Direct audit process and prepare quarterly reforecasts and annual financial schedules to support senior management business plan. Prepare and present operating results; including financial risks and variances. Review and si gn off on Canadian numbers prior to submission to global parent company. Support new business initiatives and interface with clients on financial matters. Must have proven analytical capabilities and problem solving skills. Ability to multi-task with strong written and oral communication skills. MS Suite. MUST be willing to relocate to Toronto.
