£27,578 - £35,938 pa

We are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Officer to contribute to the development and implementation of the University's recruitment strategy through leading on a number of recruitment and marketing projects. This post carries specific responsibility for the development, delivery and evaluation of student recruitment and conversion events, including Undergraduate Open Days. Recruitment Officers are expected to provide customer service of the highest quality for all stakeholders, including potential applicants and their supporters, academic staff, schools and colleges, and other higher education institutions.

You will have an excellent educational background and relevant work experience, including knowledge and understanding of the higher education sector, combined with excellent project and event management skills. Possessing strong cognitive, organisational and data handling abilities, you will have an eye for detail, combined with excellent communication skills and experience in presenting to a range of target audiences, particularly young people.

Whilst attendance is not compulsory, it would provide an opportunity to gain insight into the event, management of which is one of the key requirements of the post.
