European-based nonprofit is establishing a well-funded, rapidly expanding US presence. CEO seeks Operations Manager to streamline and improve the efficiency of existing systems to accommodate anticipated growth. This position will begin as a 3-6 month consulting assignment with the opportunity for ongoing employment based on quantifiable performance.
Desired qualifications include: corporate experience in systems implementation including payroll, financial reporting, employee onboarding and expense reimbursement; familiarity with SAP and personally identifiable information management; and strong project management skills. The candidate should also have the ability to develop, execute, and summarize performance metrics for measuring the performance of implemented changes. Finally, strong computer skills, the ability to quickly and aggressively identify opportunities, and a perfectionistic approach to task completion are qualities best suited to this work environment and CEO's personal style.
