Summary
Assist the Loan Officers regarding mortgage loans and follow- up with clients to collect all documents necessary to close loan
Maintains a high level of customer service by being proactive in communication with customers
Posses knowledge of Mortgage loan procedures guidelines
Handles the tasks of reviewing loan application to verify the completeness of data and meets with the establish standards of the organization
Gathers all documents required for loan Sr. Processor review
Must be Familiar with condo's coops

Required Skills:
Minimum of 1 years Conventional Loan Processing experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must have excellent problem solving skills
Ability to assess an individual's creditworthiness while adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements
Strong Commitment to teamwork
Ability to meet production, quality and service standards along with providing direct coaching and feedback to ensure quality
Self-motivated
