A wholesale produce company in NYC is seeking an Office Manager to monitor office employees and office work. Candidate must have 5 years minimum of Office Manager experience and experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable functions.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Handling all expenses which includes: Phone bills (office and cell phones), operational supplies/expenses, office supplies expenses, credit card expenses/bills, employee expenses and reimbursement
Monitoring Account Receivables
Reviewing no good checks
Monitor Accounts Payables
Review all checks
Process and cut checks
Review all invoices
Manage and monitor office personnel workflow which includes: AR, AP, HR, Cashier, PO entry, Scanning, IT, communicating with all departments, etc.
Monitor overtime, attendance, phone schedules and time clock punches
Maintain the storage and disposal of office records
Maintain and office and operational supply inventory
Skills:
A minimum of 5 years of office manager experience
Ability to multi-task and wear many hats
Excels at operating in a fast paced environment and working in a diverse organization
Excellent organizational skills
Superior attention to detail
Managerial/Supervisory skills
Strong in prioritizing
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
