vente-privee USA is a joint venture eCommerce start up in New York City backed by American Express. We are looking for a hot-shot new grad with a shiny new degree in accounting to join us this May for a 3 month contract to hire role. We are a super fast growing business and the right candidate can come in right away and make a huge impact to a growing finance team! The role is for 40 hours per week for 3 months, and the right candidate could be hired full time should they perform up to expectations and the position opens in the fall.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities

To check and to enter the invoices.
To pay the vendors
Follow up of the vendors accounts
Maintain vendor payment tracking and AP dashboards

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities

To enter clients invoices
Follow up of the clients accounts
To enter commissions on sales services
Maintain receivable aging and collection

Treasury

To enter reconciliation payments
To enter vendors payments
Daily bank checking
Tresuary forecasts
To enter bank transfer from amex
Checking bank fees

Closing

Accounts analysis Followup of the prepaid
