Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Responsibilities:
Maintain various new origination efforts (team is working on several unique strategies)
Maintain and organize team's pipeline and prioritization of deals (updating notes as necessary),
Maintain outlook schedule for team,
Research and identify new prospects,
Find contact information for prospects,
Draft letters and proposals for prospects,
Make introductory calls and follow-up calls,
Help process transactions and do whatever it takes to get the deals to the closing table,
Prepare expense reports,
Coordinate travel arrangements,
Handle email,
Manage client relationships (holiday gifts, closing gifts and make sure team stays in touch)
Additionally, may be asked to coordinate other events, such as political fundraisers etc...
Must be a 4 year college grad with a strong GPA. Industry experience is not necessary, though a proven track record of hard work and creativity is a must.
