This is a long term assignment:

This position reports into the director of insurance risk management. We are seeking an experienced (3-5 years) professional who is committed to furthering his/her career in risk management. The ideal candidate will be someone with an FI / Investment Manager Background who has experience in insurance risk management. The candidate may also have insurance brokerage experience. The ideal candidate either possesses, or is working towards, the ARM or other relevant professional certification.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the management Insurance Programs including Corporate and Fund related programs Assist in gathering information for renewals of Insurance Programs Assist in preparing recommendations for management and board materials related to insurance programs Assist in the administration of the allocation of premium payments across professional line products Day-to-day administration of insurance programs including:
Issuance of insurance binders and policies Ensure receipt and payment of invoices Coordinate certificate requests for third parties Review insurance related provisions for third party contracts

Skills Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in insurance risk management Strong analytic skills Strong written and verbal skills ARM preferred Proficient with MS office suite Strong organizational ability Highly attentive to detail
