I'm the owner of a successful Energy Procurement Firm. If you know what that is, you're off to a great start.

I work a few days a week at home, so therefore I have no problem paying someone else to do the same.

I'm in need of a person who has working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas), Word, Power Point and Publisher.

A financial and/or accounting background is a plus.

Your primary responsibilities would include:

Routine analytical work, creating proposals, visual presentations (charts, graphs etc..) marketing material and creating /maintaining computer folders files. If it works out, you may deal directly with clients at some point which may require occasional conference calls, emails etc....

I have most of the formats already, but am also looking for someone who can add to it.

I have been wearing 5 different hats in my business and am in need of someone to wear 1 or 2 of them for me.

I do not care where you live as long as it is close enough for an in person interview, should you be a suitable candidate. I need to know who is working for me, especially since you will have access to my clients personal information. A Confidentiality Agreement / Non-Disclosure will need to be signed.That is non-negotiable! I live in Bergen County NJ and my office is in Westchester NY so please do not apply if you are not within reasonable (30min-90min away from either). If hired, we will have periodic meetings to discuss clients.

This is a part-time opportunity to start (W-9). There will be days you work full time hours though.

This can lead to a full time position for the right person. My company is growing very quickly so there may be advancement opportunities as well.
