Essential Duties Responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop, report and evaluate the organization's financial performance
2. Control financial metrics and costs, while reporting to senior management in order to achieve company financial and operational goals and objectives
3. Develop strong enterprise-wide internal accounting control practices to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
4. Lead and manage annual budgeting and monthly forecast and close process
5. Support top line growth through development of deal structures financial modeling
6. Management and continual improvement of the organization's cash flow
7. Manage HR, Payroll and Benefits
8. Structure and implement policies and procedures
9. Cash managment and banking relationship
10. Supervise Accounting team
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
2. CPA preferred
3. 5+ years of relevant experience in small or middle size company
4. Experience in new system set up
5. Advanced Excel skills
6. Excellent communication, leadership, team building, and organizational skills
7. Strong analytical and planning skills
8. Experience in apparel / accessory industry is a plus
9. Fluent Mandarin preferred
