Research Assistant

I'm looking for an extremely competent research assistant.

I'm paying well - $30/hr - but I'm looking for very specific qualifications:
-Available at least 12 hours per week. Non-random hours. 2 days per week * 6hrs on those days, at a minimum. Same
two days each week is a plus.
-Grad student or very strong undergrad. 3.7 or better undergrad GPA.
-Have taken econometrics at some point.
-Competent with Excel. Can create professional tables, graphs, figures.
-Web savvy. Good at finding info.
-Careful with citations.
-Strong writing skills
-Well-read in econ. Good facility with popular econ and finance books is a plus.
-Require minimal hand-holding. Can take a project and run with it.
