Access, LLC with offices in New York and Austin provides vendor and data management for the advertising, marketing, and communications industry. Access has a position opening for a Reporting Analyst Intern to work under the direct supervision of the Director of Information Services. The Reporting Analyst Intern will assist in providing expenditure reporting and procurement analysis to clients and partner consultants.
Here are the basic responsibilities of the position
Extract, import, and manage financial and vendor data for multiple agencies using various client software systems.
Generate monthly and quarterly expenditure reports for clients and partner consultants.
Validate vendors' certification status.
Maintain advertiser and agency reporting requirements.
Conduct system administration and validation to ensure information is current and properly maintained.

Successful candidates will possess the ability to interact professionally and to provide exceptional service, both internally and externally, at all times.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills required.
Bachelor's degree or significant experience in data analysis, financial management, investment banking, procurement or database administration required.
MS Office experience including with advanced level experience in Excel
