Profile: Customer Service Guru
Your responsibilities will be diverse, which will allow you to gain a complete understanding of your target audience via customer service and product development support. You will be part of a Sales Team fostering and growing existing business relationships to maximize their potential, creating symbiotic win-win partnerships.
Approximately 60% of your responsibilities will be Customer Care related and 40% Executive Assistant and HR related, where you will work with our CEO and CFO sales team to support their success with assistance on recruitment, scheduling and streamlining the flow of information. Versatility and flexibility will be key, due to the nature of our growing organization. You will primarily work from our Headquarters and may also visit customers and producers from time to time.
Primary Mission:
â¼ Build business by building relationships
â¼ Manage a call list of customers placing orders, field incoming orders
â¼ Work as part of a sales team to build the business
â¼ Manage and update calendars, schedule appointments/meetings, and organization and log phone calls
â¼ Travel arrangements: book airlines, hotels and car service
â¼ Coordination and support of Special Projects
The ideal candidate will possess:

~ Complete honesty and integrity with strong team player skill set
~ Excellent Customer Care: Ability to build and maintain a multitude of symbiotic business relationships based on great follow up, honesty, strong communication and trust.

~ Multi tasking skills to handle a variety of ongoing projects, Ability to work in a fast paced, think-tank, teamwork environment
~ Careful attention to detail and care with data entry (neat freaks welcome!)
~ Bachelor's or Associates Degree preferred
~ A Passion for healthy, great tasting food
Requirements:
~ Computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
~ 45+wpm keyboard skills
~ Strong communication, organization and collaborative skills
~ Positive attitude and happy disposition -- grouches need not apply ï
