Neighborhood Trust Federal Credit Union is a community development financial institution located in Washington Heights with $9 million in assets and 4,500 members. We are a full-service credit union providing the predominantly Latino, low-income residents of Upper Manhattan with access to credit, affordable savings/checking accounts, and other retail financial services.
The following is a general description of all Member Service Representatives (MSR) responsibilities:
The MSR responsibilities will include:
Perform teller duties
Prompt response to all member inquiries and requests
Exercise strict adherence to security policy and procedures
Timely completion of projects assigned by Management
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
Fluency in Spanish and English
Energetic in meeting institutional goals with an emphasis on detail
Outgoing and professional
Computer literacy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Credit union, banking, marketing or related experience a plus but not required
Commitment to community economic development
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
