Billion dollar global digital consulting technology conglomerate seeks (CPA a +) 5+ years general accounting, reporting and analysis. Any understanding of federal and state financial regulations in the US a +. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports as well as financial statements, PL and projections. Manage and coordinate for both US and globally A/R, billing, collections, A/P and other related functions. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to SOX compliance. Prepare and maintain revenue recognition support. Prepare financial packages for submission to parent company. Responsible for budget, strategic planning and related variance analysis. Support CFO and assist in audits and tax preparation. Analyze revenue and expense levels. Strong writing and presentation skills. MS Suite.
