Billion dollar global financial service/real estate investment conglomerate seeks degree, 3+ years (MBA, CPA or CFA a +) prior credit and REITs industry analysis experience. Experience analyzing financial real estate companies as well as understanding industry trends and sector reviews and the evaluation and updating of credit methodology. Position will have direct primary/analyst responsibility for several prestigious portfolios. Conduct on-site meetings including meetings with senior management. Perform analysis of key quantitative and qualitative credit factors. Communicate ratings, buy and sell-side investors, media and conferences. Must have the ability to write press releases, research reports and participate in evaluation of other corporate credits. Must have strong writing skills, analytical abilities, strong communication and presentation skills. MS Suite.
