Accounting Management Solutions, Inc (AMS), the leading provider of outsourced financial and accounting consulting services in New England, is seeking financial consultants to join our growing practice. AMS is the premier provider of part-time, interim, and financial management professionals servicing both for profit and non-profit organizations.
We have an immediate need for an interim CFO for a middle market company.
Responsibilities
Interim CFO for 60-90 days
Responsible for Financial Reporting, FPA, Accounting Operations, and Internal Audit
We will reimburse for travel, hotel.

Requirements
An MBA or undergraduate degree in accounting or finance with 10+ years of professional experience.
Minimum CFO experience 4 years for a $300M company minimum.
Big 4 Public Accounting background preferred.
CPA preferred.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Strong systems experience using Lawson and Oracle
