Accounting Manager/Bookkeeper for mid-size digital agency. Working alongside Controller and Senior Management you will be responsible for all daily accounting functions as listed below. Must have agency experience, Quickbooks PRO, and MS Office. This job is primarily accounting and bookkeeping with some HR and Office Mgr assistance (everybody pitches in). Informal, fast-moving, pressured environment where everyone gets along and works towards the single goal of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
ï§ Finance (PRIMARY)
o Prepare semi-monthly payroll report to include payroll costs per employee.
o Prepare Client invoices in Quickbooks.
o Track and bill expenses to Clients.
o Review and approve all vendor invoices.
o Issue payments based on vendor terms and management approval.
o Provide timely updates of A/R and A/P requirements to management.
o Manage vendor relations and contracts.
o Ensure Quickbooks accounts are reconciled with bank on a daily basis.
o Provide ad-hoc financial reporting to management as required.
ï§ Human Resources (Provide some support)
o Manage administration of all Human Resources records, details, processes and requirements.
o Coordinate the completion and maintenance of all Client contract files.
o Maintain corporate files, agreements, contracts, etc.
o Manage administration of agency policies -- health, dental, transitchek, vacation tracking, etc.
o Source and interview candidates for open employment opportunities.
ï§ Office Management (Help out when needed)
Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory
o Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced-troubleshoot failures; call for repairs; monitor equipment operation, etc.
o Complete requests as required by management.
o Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office, bank Staples, Fed-Ex, etc.
o Keep office area clean, tidy, and organized; ensure garbage/recycle bins are taken out daily
o General upkeep of the conference rooms before/after meetings
Requirements include:
ï§ Degree in Accounting or Business
ï§ Previous office experience
ï§ Competent computer skills, including MS Office
ï§ Internet skills: using email, group messaging, researching, etc.
ï§ Numerical skills
ï§ Ability to work both individually and as part of a group
