Accounts Payable Specialist

Summary:
The McIntyre Group is seeking a strong Accounts Payable Specialist with a specific skill set out of an Asset Management firm.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all expense allocation across multiple units, must be extremely detailed and be able to follow the rules and regulations set forth by the SEC
Handle all incoming invoices, research and understand where the expense is derived from to properly code and allocate the expenses for billing to the appropriate funds

Requirements:
Experience in the Asset Management world is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and extremely organized
Ability to work with multiple business entities
Bachelor degree
