PA/EA with at 10 years experience to work in family investment office. Prefer experience in working with a private investor or hedge fund president. Must know: how to be an all around advocate, bill paying, interfacing with outside acccountant to give quaterly data, health insurance claims, personal insurance, quick books, keep large data base of contacts, tech savy is a plus, record stock trades, keep track of personal foundation, interest in stock market a plus. Seeking a sophisticated demeanor and highly intelligent person who is articlate and quick thinking. Must enjoy small office enironment. True right hand. Blackberry, bloomberg, a plus.
