Brew Caf been operating successfully in UK for over 2 years and has now opened its first US caf in Manhattan. We are embarking on rapid phase of expansion across America with further sites opening in Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco and are recruiting personnel for all aspects of the business. We are a young dynamic company with excellent systems and a great team of personnel already in place.

We currently require an office administrator to organize the book keeping for the group and the general day to day office administration. The role will initially be 2 days per week but as the group grows in the US the role will move towards a full time position.
The chief responsibilities are:
- Invoice collation and entry
- Reconciliation of invoice to statement
- Supplier payments
- Statutory filings
- Payroll calculation
- Payroll processing
- Weekly fiscal report generation
- Senior management diary and correspondence organization
Experience required:
- 2 year minimum in similar role ideally in the restaurant sector
- Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Full knowledge of all Microsoft office products
- Impeccable organization
- High level of personal grooming
This role is advertised for an immediate start. There will be a rigorous interview process but will be activated quickly.
