An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR, Employment Policy and Support Manager to join the university's HR Office Team. You will lead, direct and develop employment policy and work with external providers to develop and maintain a comprehensive set of policies and procedures, covering all aspects of employee life at the University of Greenwich. Ensuring legal compliance and best practice, you will provide the university with expert HR management advice, guidance and consultancy. You will enable Schools and Offices to build on existing skills and knowledge to successfully develop and implement their people management strategies, and lead the link between the Employment Policy and Support Unit and other units within the HR Office.

Salary Scale: £40217 - £48445 per annum inclusive
