Part Time or Full Time Position
Hours: 8:30AM to 5PM

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience using QuickBooks.
- Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook programs.
- Good background computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and take instruction from owners.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate with multiple departments/employees and assemble information for various tasks.
- Team player with willingness to perform overlapping job responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Payroll and HR responsibilities with PEO service.
- Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts.
- Credit card processing.
- A/R and A/P duties.
- Invoicing using company's methods.
- Purchasing and tracking upon request.
- Custom financial reports for CFO.
- Basic office duties and errands.
