The position The post holder will be collaborating with the Senior Programme Manager on the running and development of the EMBA-Global programmes, the EMBA-Global Americas and Europe and EMBA-Global Asia streams. They will be the primary point of contact for operational aspects of the programmes and to assist the Senior Programme Manager on the overseeing of these students during their times in London. The post holder will work closely with all primary stakeholders to maintain processes and procedures to manage the students during their time on the Programme and to work to find ways to improve and enhance the student programme experience.

The department The Sloan and EMBA-Global Programmes Team is responsible for the strategic direction, admissions, delivery and administration of three of the School's high-profile degree programmes, the Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy, the EMBA-Global Americas Europe Programme - run in partnership with Columbia Business School, and the EMBA-Global Asia Programme - a joint degree offered by London, Columbia and Hong Kong Business Schools.Â
Our overall objectives are to maximise the number of students on our programmes, continually to increase the calibre, quality and gender diversity of the student body, to develop and deliver high-quality programmes, to provide the most effective learning environment for our students, to support faculty administratively so that they can deliver high quality teaching and feedback, and to offer the highest level of customer service and support primarily to Sloans and our other students, but also to faculty, other colleagues and external contacts.
The individual The successful candidate has substantial experience in programme management in higher education or administration within higher education. You will have demonstrated capability of managing in a customer facing environment and will be forward planning. You will possess excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, project management, time management and presentation skills, show initiative and drive, and have the ability to negotiate and influence at a senior level whilst building and maintaining positive relationships.
